The Secret Manager for Google Sheets (Muna – Secret in Maori) is a spreadsheet add-on. With Muna, teams can manage their secrets in a very easy collaborative way. Different secrets (rows) can be shared with different team members. Muna protects the secrets of GSuite teams with high security. The management and access for the team members are easy.
Create a Digital ID
To use Muna and collaborate with other users you need a digital identifier in the file. If you do not have a digital ID (cryptographic keys in the hidden Keys sheet), you can create one by clicking on Muna, then New digital ID. In the pop-up window, you have to type in a password, which will protect your private key, then select OK.
Manage Secrets
Encrypt a piece of secret information and choose who has access to it.
The data will be encrypted with state of the art AES 256 and 2048 bit RSA (stronger encryption is available in enterprise subscription).
Reveal a secret
Enter your digital ID password to reveal the ecrypted data.
Only the secret owner and users who they chose to share it with can decrypt the data.
Manage Groups
If you want to share the your secrets, you need to grant access to the sheet to other people with editor rights.
You can share your secrets with indiviual users or groups.
