For the purposes of these Terms, the “Service” refers to the Muna Secret Manager, including but not limited to the Muna add-on for Google Sheets™ and the Muna add-in for Microsoft Excel, as well as any associated websites, APIs, or software provided by Munde Group Ltd.

Any app, add-on, or add-in that is owned by Munde Group Ltd. and available to download from the Google Workspace Marketplace, Microsoft AppSource, Microsoft Office Store, or any other official distribution platform (“Apps”) is the copyrighted work of Munde Group Ltd., and use of the Apps is governed by the terms of the end-user license agreement.

Third-Party Platforms: Our Service integrates with third-party platforms (such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and conditions. Munde Group Ltd. is not responsible for any outages, API changes, or data loss originating from these third-party platforms that may affect the functionality of the Muna Service.

User Accounts and Digital ID Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must create and manage a Digital ID and/or master credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Digital ID, passwords, and the devices you use to access the Service. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including secrets shared with other team members or groups. You must immediately notify Munde Group Ltd. of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Zero-Knowledge Architecture and Data Loss Limitation

Muna is designed as a secure secret manager. Munde Group Ltd. does not have access to your master passwords, Digital IDs, or the unencrypted contents of the secrets you store or share using the Service. Because of this architecture, Munde Group Ltd. cannot recover lost or forgotten Digital IDs or master passwords. > You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for securely backing up your credentials. Munde Group Ltd. shall not be liable for any data loss, inability to access your secrets, or unauthorized access to your secrets resulting from lost credentials, compromised devices, or user error.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to store, share, transmit, or distribute any material that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. You may not use the Service to distribute malicious software, stolen credentials, or engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating this policy.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your encrypted data and personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

We will contact the relevant organizations and may be commencing legal action to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Changes to this Terms of Use

This Term of Use is effective as of Mar 13, 2026 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future. We may update our Terms of Use from time to time.
